STEVEN DEO

Steven Deo constructs his unique sculptures to represent his own commentary on history and human sociology.  His creative use of materials astonishes the viewer while his poignant messages call to mind important truths.  As a contemporary Native American artist, Deo has a myriad of cultural and political struggles to fuel his creative undertakings. His intelligent interpretations of of these issues add a brilliant tragic humor to each piece.
